Villa Thalassa is an elegantly designed maisonette of 130sqm indoor areas, offering sea views and numerous facilities, capable of hosting up to 7 guests (plus one more upon request).
Ground floor features a spacious living room full of natural light, with a comfortable sofa and a TV set. There is also a contemporary kitchen with all the equipment for delicious meals preparation, as well as a dining area and a WC.
First floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can turn to a comfortable double one. Both bedrooms feature air-conditioning and share a modern bathroom with shower. A third air-conditioned bedroom is in the attic, with two single beds that can be converted into a double and an ensuite bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms offer, from their verandas, spectacular views to the sea and the surroundings.
Outdoor areas of open layout forms are designed in full harmony with the rugged landscape, with unabstracted views of the Ionian Sea and the lush green hills. Stairs and paths lead to the different levels of the facilities and the terraces.
Villa Thalassa has a private swimming pool. Surrounded by a wooden terrace and equipped with comfortable sun beds, the space offers marvelous views of the sea and Kefalonia Island. Outdoor area, also, features large mediterranean style garden with lounge and dining area, fully furnished. A private small path starts from the garden and leads down to the private rocky beach of crystal-clear turquoise water.
Villa Vrahos is a contemporary and luxurious 130sqm maisonette with panoramic views of the sea, plenty of amenities and facilities, suitable for up to 7 guests. One more guest can be warmly received upon request.
The ground floor area unveils a capacious living room with lots of windows for natural light, decorated with white and blue details. An up-to-date kitchen, fully equipped, a dining area and a WC complete the spaces of this floor.
Ascending to the first floor, someone will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds easily convertible into a double. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and share a modern bathroom with shower. In the attic, there is a third bedroom with two single beds that can be turned into a double, air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom benefits from breathtaking views of the sea and the surroundings, from their windows.
The outdoor spaces, fully integrated into the natural landscape, provide unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding hills. Stairs and pathways connect the various levels and terraces of the villa. A magnificent swimming pool is the lead of the exterior spaces. A few wooden sunbeds lay around the terrace, from where someone can admire the views of Kefalonia Island. The outdoor area, also, features a large garden, along with lounge and dining areas, fully furnished for relaxation. A small path through the garden leads to the private rocky beach with the green blue waters.
